Facility Rental Inquiry

  1. FACILITY USE INQUIRY

    Please complete this form to inquire about the rental of a facility. Please allow up to three (3) business days for staff to respond to inquiries. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

    If you are only looking to find out if certain dates are available, you can click here to submit our simpler Interest Form. If you want to submit a formal application to receive a contract, use this form below.

  3. Tentative Hold Notice

    This form submittal ensures that the requested facility will be tentatively held (if available) for the date and time specified above. The applicant will be contacted with an approval status no later than three (3) business days after the application is received. If conflict with the request should arise, an alternative date and/or time may be suggested. After the application is approved, the applicant will have one week (7 days) to make their initial payment/deposit to permanently hold their date and time.

    Rental liability insurance is required for rentals and may be obtained through a private provider or through our partner agency Event Helper. Quotes can be obtained through their website at https://www.theeventhelper.com#czi8ny
