Birthday Party Program

How to Book

Please submit an application using the tab above at least one month prior to your party.  Once your form is submitted, recreation staff will contact you within 2-3 business days to confirm availability and discuss the booking process.  Note: Submission of application form is NOT a confirmation that your party is booked and rented.

Please ensure that you read all rules and regulations listed on the application form before submitting.

Minimum Requirements

Packages Start at just $184.00*

• Minimum of a 2-Hour Party, 1 hour designated to themed games and activities, 1 hour to celebrate
• 1-2 Party Hosts
• Rental Space (location options below)
• Picnic Area and/or Tables & Chairs (depending on rental selection)
• Designated 60 minutes for set up and 30 minutes for clean up
• Additional Add-On's / Fees may be required.  Refundable deposit of $100 due at booking, see rental contract for details.*

Optional Add-Ons

You may select from the following list of optional add-ons when submitting your application to book your party:

• Additional Time - ($40 / hour up to 2 additional hours)
• Birthday Kid Crown - ($15)
• Birthday Kid Sash - ($15)
• Treat Bags (up to 10 children) - ($30) | $5 each additional child up to 20 children total
• Personalized Digital Invitations (PDF and JPG version sent to renter by staff) - ($20)
• Additional Staff Member Party Host (REQUIRED if party has more than 10 children and/or is longer than 2 hours) - ($20 / hour)
• Electricity Fee (REQUIRED if using electricity for a bounce house) - ($10)
• Facility Set Up Fee (REQUIRED if renting an area that requires additional tables and chairs) - ($25)

You may select from one of the following rental locations:

1. Fair Oaks Preschool (8090 Grand Ave.)
   1. Capacity: 40 Max
2. Fair Oaks Park Picnic Area (11549 Fair Oaks Blvd.)
   1. Capacity: 120 Max
3. Fair Oaks Park WOW Bus - Lower Basketball Court Area (11549 Fair Oaks Blvd.)
   1. Capacity: 40 Max
   2. Fair Oaks Park Picnic Area can be added on with a max of 120 people plus an additional rental rate per hour for the picnic area.
4. McMillan Center (11549 Fair Oaks Blvd.)
   1. Capacity: 70 Seated Max
5. Gum Ranch Park Picnic Area (5600 Tuckeroo Way)
   1. Capacity: 30 Max

NOTE: Location maximums are limited to a maximum of 20 party participants (children actively participating in party games and activities).  Any additional people in attendance must not exceed the maximum for the facility booked.  Renters are still subject to rental guidelines and requirements and contracts from typical facility rentals.  Birthday Party Rentals are limited to being held between 8AM-8PM any day of the week.
